Corning Museum of Glass entrance
We had an “artist date” today and went to the Corning Museum of Glass in Corning,NY. I loved the Contemporary Art & Design Wing. This was in the Special Projects Gallery. It is called Constellation (1996) by Kiki Smith. 26 hot-sculpted glass animals of different

sizes represent different animal-themed star patterns. I wonder why it is not hanging from the ceiling? I also loved the Amphitheater Hot Shop where they did a demonstration on making a beautuful vase. What a great place to explore!
