My friend Toni asked me to paint a watercolor of her Aunts house. A place in Seneca Falls, NY where she grew up & has fond memories. Seeing it completed really brought her a lot of joy and happiness. I believe she is making three copies of it to give to each of her cousins for a Christmas gift. I hope it evokes nostalgic memories for them too. She took it to Michaels to have a beautiful matt and frame made for it. This is a picture of it hanging in her home.
This is one of the best things about being an artist. Lifting others up to a better place and making a difference in their lives.
